Forty-One Monsters

Biggest day yet - forty-one pieces.

The thing nobody tells you about a bestiary is that most of it is not monsters. It is a castle guard. It is a beggar passed out in a doorway. It is a cart with something in it. The frightening things only work if the ordinary things around them look lived in.

The aboleth got done today and I am pleased with it. So did Alaya McGinnis, who exists for reasons I am not going to explain here.

Also: a calm hippo. I am not going to explain that one either.
