Character Sheets Are Harder Than Monsters

Character sheets today. I would rather draw twenty monsters.
A sheet has to survive a pencil, a rubber, six sessions and someone's coffee, and every square has to be big enough for handwriting from a person who is not being careful. I built three layouts and printed all three, because the only way to know if a sheet works is to fill it in badly on purpose.
The other thing that happened today: the first 3D renders. Seeing the Game Master's Guide as an object, with a spine and a thickness, changed how I felt about the whole thing. Up to that point it was a folder of files.
