Stop Paying For What You Can Host

Today was about not paying for things twice.

We already have the models. Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, the whole stack runs perfectly well on a rented GPU for pennies. So the image pipeline is moving onto our own hardware instead of an API bill.

Transparency is the sticking point. Most models cannot produce a real alpha channel and the workarounds are all worse than they sound.
